Description
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking roof maintenance services for its facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing roof maintenance and repair services. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on March 20, 2026, at 11:30 AM. The conference attendance is mandatory from start to finish for submitted proposals to be considered. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities.
• The contract will be for roof maintenance services, including repairs and maintenance of roofing, gutters, and downspouts.
• The contractor must attend the mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit.
• The authority will evaluate proposals based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and price.
