Catalog/Discount Vendors

The Irving Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the provision of various products on an "as needed" basis. The district is looking for vendors who can provide discounts on their products and services. The term of the award will be one year from the date of award, with the option to renew for four additional 12-month periods, for a maximum of five years. The district guarantees no minimum dollar amount in purchase orders against this contract, and multiple awards are anticipated. Vendors must provide a discount for their specific product(s) and a percentage discount for products, parts, and/or materials. • The district is seeking vendors who can provide a wide range of products, including but not limited to: custodial supplies, equipment rental, facilities/maintenance supplies, fine arts supplies, fire safety products, furniture, health products, instructional aids, library/media supplies, office supplies, photography supplies, printing and signage, promotional/awards, retail products, safety and security supplies, software, special education supplies, technology products, transportation parts and supplies, and other products and supplies. • Vendors must submit their proposals electronically, and the district will not accept emailed or faxed bids. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal, and to award the proposal deemed to be most advantageous to the district.
