Georgia Southern University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive custodial (janitorial) services for all four of its campuses – Statesboro, Savannah, Swainsboro, and Hinesville. The contract will cover cleaning of administrative, academic, athletic, residence hall, and dining facilities, with service frequency and scope defined by APPA level requirements for each building. The award will be a one‑year contract with up to four one‑year renewal options, and the supplier must furnish a performance bond, meet GA insurance standards, and comply with background‑check and smoke‑free campus policies. • Scope: Full‑service custodial cleaning across ~1 million sq ft of campus space (cleanable area) on four campuses. • Duration: Initial 1‑year term, renewable up to a total of 5 years. • Requirements: Minimum 7 years custodial experience (5 years with similar‑scope client), performance bond (1.5 % of contract value), GA‑standard insurance, registration in Team Georgia Marketplace and USG SHARE, background checks, key‑control, and smoke‑free campus compliance. • Evaluation: Mandatory‑scored questions on staffing, training, safety, product SDS, quality‑control, and OSHA compliance; technical and cost proposals scored per GA procurement rules.
