GE Carescape EHRM Integration Services VISN 12

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide GE Carescape Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) integration services across VISN 12. The contractor must be OEM authorized. The contract will be for a one-time service with a period of performance starting on the date of award and lasting for one year. The contractor will be required to follow all on-site facility policies and comply with VA regulations, including those related to information security and privacy. • The contractor must provide a price that is not subject to any adjustment on the basis of the contractor's cost experience in performing the contract. • The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Labor Standards. • The contractor must provide certification regarding exemptions from the application of the Service Contract Labor Standards. • The contractor must provide a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and certify that it does not have any unpaid Federal tax liability. • The contractor must represent that it is not an inverted domestic corporation and does not conduct any restricted business operations in Sudan.
