Description
The California Exposition & State Fair is seeking a contractor to provide short‑term rental of a variety of office trailers, containers, and ADA‑compliant ramps for use during the annual State Fair. The contractor must deliver, set up, maintain, and retrieve the equipment on a “all‑inclusive” monthly‑rate basis, with service support within the Sacramento area for a three‑year period (Aug 2027 – Oct 2030). The award will be made to the lowest responsive responsible bidder, and the contract may be split among multiple vendors if desired.
• Required equipment includes multiple sizes of roll‑off office trailers (8′ × 10′ to 12′ × 60′) and container units, each with air‑conditioning, lockable doors, data/phone jacks, and optional restroom facilities.
• All rentals must include delivery through Gate 12, set‑up, breakdown, pick‑up, and 24‑hour repair/replacement services; ADA ramps must meet strict slope and railing requirements.
• Bidders must submit a complete cost sheet (monthly rates), certification documents, three references, and civil‑rights compliance certification; small‑business/DVBE status is encouraged.
