Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Western Federal Lands Highway Division is seeking a subscription service for online access to ASTM/AASHTO/AWWA construction standards and manuals. The contract will be for a period of five years, from 02/15/2026 to 02/14/2031, if all options are exercised. The contractor will be required to provide access to the standards and manuals, and the government will pay a firm-fixed price for the service.
