Description
The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a contractor to provide lifeguard boat maintenance services for four Surf Watch Lifeguard Rescue vessels. The contractor will be responsible for bottom scrubbing, cleaning, maintenance, and inspection services, as well as replacing shaft collars and transom zinc plates as needed. The contract is expected to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in underwater boat maintenance.
• The contractor must provide all necessary materials, tools, and equipment.
• The contractor must perform all work during the hours of 6 AM to sunset, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
• The contractor must submit a monthly report documenting all work performed.
• The contract is expected to be awarded for a stipulated sum, which will include all applicable expenses.
