Goldhill Portable Toilet Rentals Mt. Pinos RD, Los Padres NF

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilet rental services at the Mt. Pinos Ranger District within the Los Padres National Forest. The contract is for a firm-fixed price and is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 562991. The contractor will be responsible for providing standard weekly pricing for the time period of November 1st through April 30th. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. • The contractor must submit quotes in accordance with the specifications, which can be found in the attached documents. • The contractor must ensure that its electronic submission is virus-free. • The contractor must submit the following documents for evaluation purposes: Schedule of Items, Performance Questionnaire, highlighted portions in the Provision section of the solicitation, and Acknowledge Amendments (if applicable).
