Enterprise Skills Assessment Platform - Sources Sought

The United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a commercially available Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for systematic skills assessment and upskilling of the technical workforce. The primary objective is to enhance mission readiness by identifying and closing skill gaps in critical domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Software Development. The scope includes platform provisioning, user onboarding, role-based skills assessment, data analytics, and ongoing technical support for 500 users. The estimated period of performance is from 15 July 2026 to 14 July 2027.
