SENTINEL Secure Chat Server

The Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Trusted Solutions, LLC for the procurement of Sentinel Secure Chat Servers. The servers provide unique capabilities, including end-to-end encryption, secure file sending, bandwidth compression, and full chat/file archiving. The Government is seeking to procure a specific configuration that meets critical design, functional, and operational requirements for mission support. • The procurement includes SENTINEL Secure Chat Server with end-to-end encryption, secure file sending, bandwidth compression, and full chat/file archiving. • The procurement includes SENTINEL Secure Chat Clients (100ct) for the base year. • The procurement includes Basic Unit/Organization 8-5pm (Business Hours) Remote Technical Support for the base year. • The quantity of each item is specified, with 3 servers, 1 client, and 1 technical support unit. • The Government intends to negotiate solely with Trusted Solutions, LLC, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).
