Professional Services for View Drive NRCS Buyout

The City & Borough of Juneau is seeking professional services for the Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) Emergency Watershed Protection Program (EWP) to provide cost estimating for the demolition and restoration of up to 18 properties involved with the buyout program on View Drive, in the Mendenhall Valley of Juneau, Alaska. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing these services. • The project involves cost estimating for demolition and restoration of properties. • The project is part of the NRCS Emergency Watershed Protection Program (EWP). • The buyout program is located on View Drive, in the Mendenhall Valley of Juneau, Alaska. • A non-mandatory pre-proposal teleconference call will be held on June 9, 2026. • Proposers intending to participate shall request the call-in information from the CBJ Contracts Division by emailing [email protected] by 4:30 p.m., on June 8, 2026.
