Custodial Services - Ashley, PA (PA004)

The U.S. Army Reserve is seeking vendors to provide full‑service custodial (janitorial) cleaning for the 99th Readiness Division Reserve Center located in Ashley, Pennsylvania. The work includes routine cleaning of interior spaces, restroom servicing, floor care (sweeping, mopping, buffing, waxing), carpet shampooing, waste‑container management, and compliance with security, safety, and training requirements. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price award with a one‑year base period and up to four additional one‑year options (potential total of five years). Vendors must be able to obtain required antiterrorism, iWATCH, and OPSEC training for their personnel, maintain key control, and submit monthly inspection checklists with invoices.
