ITB Annual Roof Inspection for South Region Facilities

The Alabama National Guard is seeking a vendor to perform annual roof inspections for their facilities in the South Region. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting one complete roof inspection per year for each designated facility, including leak detection, documentation, and follow-up inspections. The vendor will also provide a detailed written report and photo log documenting all deficiencies. The agreement will be in effect for one year, with the option to extend annually up to 4 times. The scope of work includes: • Annual inspections of roof structural integrity, drainage systems, and penetrations • Leak detection and documentation • Provision of a detailed written report and photo log • Follow-up inspections and repair recommendations The vendor must have a valid State of Alabama business license and maintain a physical storefront, office, or warehouse in the state.
