Description
Austin Peay State University is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to provide on‑call repair, maintenance, and emergency services for its campus roofs under an IDIQ contract. The contractor will furnish labor, materials, equipment, and supervision, with work authorized in writing and performed primarily during normal business hours. No guaranteed volume is promised; work will be awarded as needed throughout the contract period.
• Scope includes shingle repairs, EPDM roof patching, leak investigations, routine maintenance, and emergency response.
• Contractor must submit hourly rates for skilled and semi‑skilled workers, a material markup percentage, and a mileage charge; rates will be evaluated against a hypothetical annual usage model.
• Required insurance includes $1 M CGL per occurrence, $3 M aggregate, and workers’ compensation; COI must be on file by July 1 2026.
