The City of Yonkers is seeking a contractor to remove the current automatic door operator and furnish and install a new one at Yonkers City Hall. The new operator should be a Stanley Magic Force electro-mechanical swing door operator with a built-in "reverse on obstruction" feature and a low energy application. The contractor should also provide two push plates for activation. The work should start ASAP, and the contractor should provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, overhead, fees, and profit. • The contractor should provide a firm, fixed price for the work. • The contractor should provide worker's compensation insurance and employer's liability insurance. • The contractor should maintain commercial general liability insurance with a minimum amount of $1,000,000 in the aggregate. • The contractor should comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. • The contractor should provide certified payroll and submit it with payment requisitions.
