Construction Services -Technical Security Upgrade (TSU)

The U.S. Department of State is seeking a contractor to provide construction services for the Technical Security Upgrade (TSU) project at the West Office in Nicosia, Cyprus. The project includes site preparation, infrastructure support, and construction services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and construction services necessary to execute the work in accordance with the provided design package. The contractor must comply with all applicable codes, standards, and security requirements. The project duration is 60 calendar days, and the contractor must complete all work within this timeframe.
