Eastern Water Reclamation Facility (EWRF) Electrical and Mechanical Upgrades

The Orange County, Florida, is seeking bids for the Eastern Water Reclamation Facility (EWRF) Electrical and Mechanical Upgrades. The project involves the replacement of a neutral grounding resistor, 15KV switchgear modifications and generator system upgrades, disconnects, cabinets and boxes, instrumentation and controls, wire and conduit, demolition and/or relocation, and concrete pads. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, and incidentals to complete all work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. • The project requires a lump sum bid for each line item. • The contractor must provide a bid bond or alternative surety. • The project is subject to the Florida Department of Management Services Convicted/Suspended/Discriminatory Complaint Vendor List. • The contractor must comply with the County's ethics compliance requirements. • The contractor must provide a Human Trafficking Affidavit as a condition of the contract. • The project is expected to commence on a date to be determined and must be completed within a timeframe to be specified in the contract.
