The County of Sacramento’s Emergency Operations Center is seeking a qualified vendor to design, install, and manage a resilient, bonded broadband solution that combines low‑earth‑orbit (LEO) satellite service with multi‑carrier LTE/5G cellular links. The solution must deliver at least 500 Mbps of aggregated throughput, provide automatic fail‑over, support static IPv4, integrate with existing UPS/generator power, and meet strict cybersecurity, safety, and public‑works bonding requirements. The contract includes 24/7 monitoring, performance guarantees, and on‑site validation testing. Vendors must hold a California C‑7 contractor’s license, possess relevant certifications (CSI‑ETA‑I, OSHA), and be able to route all cabling through existing conduits without new structural work.
