The Mendenhall Comprehensive Renovation - Phase 3 project involves renovations to the 2nd floor for the relocated Registrar's office and renovations on the 1st floor for News and Communications and Disabilities Support. The project also includes the renovation of two existing gang bathrooms to be code compliant, the addition of an interior stair from the 1st to 2nd floor, and the replacement of the main electrical Main Distribution Panel (MDP). The fire sprinkler system will be extended into all newly renovated spaces. The building will remain occupied during construction, requiring continuous Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing (MEP) and network service throughout the project.
