Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse Mobile Concession Permit

The Queen Anne's County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking proposals for exclusive rights to sell mobile concessions outside Matapeake Beach and Clubhouse. The permit season will be from May 8, 2026, to September 28, 2026. The vendor will be required to sell concessions on weekends from 10am to 5pm and may sell on weekdays at their discretion. The minimum bid amount is $750.00, and the vendor must provide family-friendly food pricing and menu items. • Mandatory hours are weekends from 10am to 5pm • Weekdays are at the discretion of the vendor • No electric or water will be provided • The food truck vendor is responsible for trash within a 50-foot radius of the food truck • A QAC Health Department Food License is required to sell food • Estimated weekend foot traffic is around 500 people
