6835--Medical Grade Bulk Oxygen, Tank Rentals and Telemetry Services - Sources Sought Notice

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified small business concerns for the provision of medical-grade bulk liquid oxygen and associated tank systems and services. The contractor will be responsible for delivering medical-grade liquid oxygen, installing and maintaining bulk oxygen tank systems, and providing telemetry monitoring. The contractor must comply with FDA, NFPA, OSHA, and USP requirements. The period of performance is a base year followed by four option years, starting approximately October 1, 2026. • The contractor must provide 24/7 emergency delivery capability. • The contractor must supply training, written procedures, safety protocols, and emergency shutdown guidance for VA personnel. • The contractor must perform minor maintenance on Government-owned systems and full maintenance on contractor-furnished systems. • The contractor must provide certificates of analysis with each delivery. • The contractor must maintain liability insurance at required levels. • The contractor must submit annual verification of licensing, certifications, and manufacturer authorization.
