Propane Services - Anthony Correctional Cente

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security Division of Administrative Services is seeking a vendor to provide propane services to the Anthony Correctional Center. The vendor will be required to supply HD-5 grade propane and provide proof of the quality of the product. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four one-year renewal options. The vendor will be responsible for delivering propane to the correctional center and will be required to provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the agency. The agency is seeking a vendor that can provide the lowest overall total cost for the propane services. • The vendor must be an established refiner, distributor, or dealer for a minimum of three years. • The vendor must provide proof of the quality of the product prior to contract award and upon request by the agency. • The vendor must supply HD-5 grade propane. • The vendor must provide a price per gallon for transport loads and bulk bobtail loads. • The vendor must be able to deliver propane to above ground storage tanks utilizing a remote fill system. • The vendor must be able to provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the agency.
