Virgin Islands National Guard Family Programs Volunteer Workshop

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide a conference package, including lodging, meals, and conference space, for the Virgin Islands National Guard Family Programs Volunteer Workshop. The event must take place on St. Croix, Virgin Islands, on a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday before 30 September 2026. The contractor must provide all spaces, meals, and rooms in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The evaluation factors will include price, technical, and past performance. * The contractor must specify the location/hotel they will utilize as well as dates for the event. * The contractor must provide all spaces, meals, and rooms in accordance with the SOW. * The Government shall check recent and relevant CPARS ratings for all offerors. * Technical and past performance, when combined, are more important than price.
