The software allows for the identification of additional cryptocurrency transactions that may otherwise go unidentified. • The software must provide comprehensive, timely data and superior analytic support necessary for conducting investigations and learning about illicit threats. • The software must allow FinCEN to seamlessly consume from and share information with their stakeholders. • Responses to this request must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor can provide the software and service associated hours that meet all the requirements FinCEN needs. • Qualified contractors must provide their company's name and location, contact information, business size, and a brief capabilities statement.
