Description
Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) seeks a cloud‑based, SaaS solution that enables the public to apply for, pay for, and obtain approval to rent, license, or otherwise use district school facilities. The vendor must deliver a fully configured online portal with user registration, multi‑tier approval workflows, integration to LAUSD’s existing Single‑Sign‑On, finance, insurance, and facilities management systems, and provide comprehensive project management, training, and post‑implementation support. The contract is a three‑year firm‑fixed‑price base period with two optional one‑year extensions, and includes a 25 % small‑business participation goal.
• Provide a turnkey SaaS platform (registration, application, payment, approval, reporting) hosted in a HIPAA/FERPA‑compliant environment with 99.95 % uptime SLA.
• Design and implement integrations with LAUSD’s identity store, Principal Portal, School Fundraising System, CAFM, and finance/payment gateways.
• Deliver full project lifecycle services: requirements validation, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go‑live support, and 90‑day warranty plus ongoing maintenance.
