Schriever SFB Hoods and Ducts Cleaning Services

The United States Space Force is seeking a contractor to provide hoods and ducts cleaning services at Schriever Space Force Base. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the full duct exhaust system, including access panels, and coordinating a schedule 14 days in advance. The work will be performed exclusively during daytime hours, with some flexibility for nighttime or weekend work. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2031. • The contractor must have adequate financial resources and necessary production, construction, and technical equipment and facilities to perform the contract. • The contractor must submit a technical description of the services and items being proposed, including product literature and warranty information. • The contractor must provide a statement of financial responsibility, including a self-attestation or separate letter stating that the company has the necessary financial and technical resources to perform the contract. • The contractor must submit a separate copy of their quote, with all company information and pricing redacted and sanitized.
