RFQ 2026-Q01 Construction, Engineering, & Inspection and Testing Services Pool

Hays County is seeking a pool of consultants to provide construction, engineering, and inspection (CE&I) services, as well as testing services, for various road improvement projects. The selected firms will be pre-qualified to provide services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes providing labor, equipment, and incidentals to perform the services, maintaining project files, and performing construction inspections. The County intends to use this RFQ process to efficiently select qualified professionals. • The services to be provided include construction, engineering, and inspection services, as well as testing services. • The scope of work includes providing labor, equipment, and incidentals to perform the services. • The County intends to use this RFQ process to efficiently select qualified professionals. • The selected firms will be pre-qualified to provide services on an as-needed basis. • The project duration is expected to be 1 year, with optional annual opening and review.
