The U.S. Embassy Hanoi is seeking a contractor to provide a reception package for the American Independence Day Celebration, which will be held on July 8th, 2026. The package should include venue rental, equipment, facilities, security, and meeting packages, as well as food and beverages for 800-1,000 guests. The contractor should provide a detailed quotation, including all labor, materials, deliverables, overhead, profit, and any other anticipated charges.
• The venue should be large enough to accommodate 1,000 guests, with a main ballroom and additional space for decoration items, sponsor booths, and displaying commodities and large displays.
• The contractor should provide equipment, including projectors, LED screens, sound systems, and audio-visual equipment.
• The contractor should provide security services, including screening for guests, parking, and access control.
• The contractor should provide food and beverages, including a buffet and/or canape-style reception, local beer, water, and soft drinks.
• The contractor should provide a detailed pricing table, including all applicable taxes and charges.
