Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) seeks a qualified contractor to lead the strategic re‑branding, design, implementation, and evaluation of a statewide problem gambling awareness campaign and a unified, accessible online portal. The effort is organized into five phases covering project planning, brand development, portal creation, comprehensive media buying, and community engagement events. Deliverables include a project management plan, visual identity, WCAG‑2.1 AA‑compliant portal, media assets (TV, radio, digital, print), and at least 15 in‑person activation events across the state. Success will be measured by reach, awareness uplift, portal traffic, and helpline usage.
