General Liability Third Party Administration

The City of Modesto is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide General Liability Third Party Administration services. The selected Proposer will be responsible for furnishing these services to the City of Modesto, Human Resources Department, Risk Services Division. The scope of work includes program administration, claim set-up fee, subrogation services, claims investigation services, and litigation management assistance. The Proposer must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to complete the requirements effectively and within the specified time frames. Some key points to consider: • The Proposer must submit a proposal that includes all City of Modesto forms provided. • The Proposer must have the expertise and experience in providing similar services and professional certifications or licenses. • The Proposer must be able to provide auto physical damage appraisals, a local investigative response, Medicare reporting, and other services as outlined in the "Requirements". • The Proposer must be able to manage and control the trust checking account. • The City of Modesto reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a Proposal.
