Amendment No. 1 to the Solicitation of a Concession Business Opportunity to Operate Guided Water Tours, Food & Beverage, and Retail Services within Lake Mead National Recreation Area

The National Park Service is seeking proposals for a concession business opportunity to operate guided water tours, food and beverage, and retail services within Lake Mead National Recreation Area. The concession contract will be for a term of 10 years, effective December 2026. The estimated investment required is $485,000, and the estimated year 1 revenue is $1.3-$1.44M. The concessioner will be responsible for operating the Desert Princess vessel, which is government-owned and assigned to the concessioner.
