Visit Edmond Cooling Towel

The City of Edmond is seeking a vendor to provide 3500-4000 cooling towels with a custom logo imprint. The towels should be made of a latex-free 50/50 nylon-polyester blend material and have a size of 31½” W x 11?” H. The imprint area should be 8” W x 3½” H, and the color should be Apple Green/Lime. The vendor should provide the total price for the lot order of all towels, not per towel. • The delivery deadline is 3 weeks (15 business days) from the delivery of logo artwork to the awarded vendor. • The City of Edmond uses a Mastercard purchasing card for order placement and payment. • Suppliers who accept credit cards should anticipate that some or all orders issued as a result of this bid may be paid using the purchasing card.
