Description
The Utah Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide Oracle software license and support. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from 12 Jan 2026 to 11 Jan 2027. The contractor will be required to provide Oracle Advanced Security, Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, and Oracle Partitioning. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contract is a brand-name total small business set-aside, and only quotes from registered small businesses will be accepted.
• The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including pricing and technical information.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to cybersecurity and data protection.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The contractor must provide support and maintenance for the Oracle software for the duration of the contract.
