Engineering Services - Turf, Countryside, and Ranch Flood Improvement Project

The City of Wheaton is seeking proposals from a qualified professional engineering firm to prepare project drawings and specifications for construction for the Turf, Countryside, and Ranch Flood Improvement Project. The scope includes the reconstruction and lowering of two roadway profiles, adjustment of utilities, modeling to show no negative downstream impact, and regrading of 13 private properties to prevent localized overland flooding. The City desires completion of project plans and specifications by July 2026 with the intent of releasing and awarding the project in August 2026. This is due to expected federal grant funding financing a portion of work.
