Description
The Telfair County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the construction of the Telfair County Recreation Park. The project includes the installation of storm drain pipes, concrete, seal coat and striping of the existing parking lot, outdoor basketball court, four pickleball courts, renovations to multiple onsite buildings, and other improvements. The work must be completed within 150 consecutive calendar days of the notice to proceed.
• Construction of +/- 525 LF of 18” RCP storm drain pipe and structures
• +/- 596 SY of 4” thick concrete
• +/- 13,792 SF of seal coat and striping of the existing parking lot
• Outdoor basketball court and four pickleball courts
• Renovations to multiple onsite buildings
• 30’x24’ split face block bathroom building and septic system
• New grassed Tee Ball fields
• +/-1,190 LF of black vinyl coated chain link fence
• Sod, bleachers, Custom overhead tie back Canopy Net, Batting Cage on 65’x70’ concrete slab
