Description
The Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) is seeking bids from qualified bidders to provide temporary personnel for janitorial services on an as-needed basis. The successful bidder will be required to provide labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the contract. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder based on the base bid. The contract will be for a period of time stipulated in the contract documents, and the successful bidder will be required to commence work by the start date provided in LACOE's Notice to Proceed.
• The bidder must possess the required licenses and permits to perform the contract.
• The bidder must maintain the necessary licenses and permits through the duration of the contract.
• The bidder must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations required to perform the contract.
• The bidder must provide a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 10% of the bid.
• The bidder must provide a performance bond and payment bond within 10 calendar days after receipt of notification of award.
