Sources Sought_Mail Metering Equipment Lease and Smart Lockers

The United States Air Force is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources, including small businesses, to provide mail metering equipment lease and smart lockers for the Official Mail Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The contractor will be responsible for providing lease equipment, maintenance, repairs, and software updates for the mail metering equipment and smart lockers. The contractor will also provide training and support for the equipment and software. The period of performance will be a base year with four one-year options. Key requirements include: * Providing mail metering equipment that meets USPS compliance and has the ability to accept GSA Schedule 48 pricing * Providing smart lockers with embedded locker software, hardware installation, software installation, training, and annual maintenance * Providing a web-based postage application that supports USPS, FedEx, and UPS * Ensuring all equipment and software are compatible and meet the requirements specified in the statement of work.
