UPS System Installation Maintenance -State Lottery

The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals for the installation and replacement of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System at the Minnesota Lottery Roseville Data Center. The contract will also include ongoing maintenance and repair of the UPS system. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $225,000 to $250,000. The contractor will be responsible for removing and properly disposing of the existing UPS unit. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit are required. • The UPS system must meet specific specifications, including being an Eaton 93PM 50 kVA with an independent external load transfer bypass switch. • The contractor must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, and other documentation upon request. • The contract will include a payment and performance bond if the installation cost is estimated to be $175,000 or greater. • The state reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
