Electronic Security System (ESS) Preventative Maintenance

The Naval Submarine Support Facility (NSSF) requires contractor support services to provide preventative maintenance with test and inspections to the existing Electronic Security System (ESS) utilized at multiple command buildings. The ESS consists of a combination of the following systems: Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), and Access Control System (ACS). The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform the required preventative maintenance and software updates for the ESS. The contractor will also provide a report after each visit with the items corrected or maintained within 5 business days of services. • The contract will be for a base year with two option years. • The contractor must have a Secret facilities clearance level and be a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). • The contractor must provide proof of VAR certification and facilities clearance level. • The contractor will be responsible for coordinating base access and scheduling with the Government Technical Point of Contact (GTPOC). • The contractor will be required to perform preventative maintenance and software updates for the ESS in accordance with the OEM specifications.
