Construction Site Security Services

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Marianas requires construction site security services for the P541 building project on Ordnance Annex, Naval Base Guam. The contractor will provide personnel, staff, and equipment to support the secure project, ensuring compliance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and successful accreditation of the secure facility. The contract will be for a base year with options for additional years. The contractor must be a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Key aspects of the job include: • Providing Site Security Manager (SSM) and Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) services • Ensuring compliance with ICD 705 and government security regulations • Conducting surveillance and monitoring of construction activities • Performing inspections of construction materials and equipment • Maintaining security documentation and records • Coordinating with the government's Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and other stakeholders
