Emergency Feeding and Meal Support Services

The County of Riverside is seeking information from qualified food service providers regarding their capabilities to deliver mass feeding services in emergency and disaster relief settings. The services will be provided when an evacuation is deemed necessary at any location throughout Riverside County's five districts, during normal traditional business hours and/or outside business hours, up to seven days a week, including holidays. The County is interested in understanding the full range of available vendor capabilities, including small, local, and community-based providers. • The services may include the preparation, delivery, setup, and service of meals during emergency activations, disaster recovery operations, and other incident response operations. • Respondents should describe their operational capabilities and clearly identify minimum and maximum service capacities. • The County is seeking information regarding scalable feeding capabilities that may range from small deployments to larger emergency operations. • The services will be provided at designated mass care and shelter sites, requiring feeding assistance to people affected by an emergency or evacuation event.
