Audio Upgrades for Campus Quad and Riesenberg

The State University of New York Maritime College is seeking a vendor to provide audio upgrades for the Campus Quad and Riesenberg Gymnasium. The scope of work includes providing Creston programming, RF testing, handheld microphones, microphone receivers, outdoor rated microphone antennas, and other audio equipment. The vendor must be a certified installer for all proposed audio brands and systems, and all work must comply with NYS electrical codes, OSHA safety regulations, and SUNY Maritime's IT/AV standards. The contract period is a one-time purchase, and the vendor must provide a minimum 1-year warranty on all parts and labor. • The vendor must provide signal path design documentation, including RF layout, antenna placement, and signal loss calculations. • The vendor must ensure compatibility with existing Crestron hardware and programming. • The vendor must test and certify that the system achieves clear speech intelligibility (STI ≥ 0.6) in the primary listening zones. • The vendor must provide installation, cabling, grounding, and testing of all components. • The vendor must conduct end-to-end system verification with college AV staff present. • The vendor must deliver as-built documentation, wiring diagrams, and warranty information. • The vendor must provide user training for college staff on operation and maintenance.
