Budget estimate

$20,000,000 – $40,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the average cost of construction projects of similar size and complexity. The project involves the construction of 220 Temporary Supportive Housing Units and a Welcome Center, which could cost anywhere from $10 million to $50 million, depending on the materials, labor, and equipment used. Considering the project is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside, the contractor may have to meet specific requirements and regulations, which could affect the overall cost. Additionally, the project's location in Los Angeles, California, could also impact the cost due to local labor and material costs. Based on these factors, a reasonable estimate for the budget could be between $20 million and $40 million.
