Description
The State of Missouri, Department of Corrections is seeking experienced contractors to provide offender communication services, including offender communication system, offender financial services, and AI-powered text messaging application. The contractor must have minimum experience qualifications, including designing, implementing, and managing multi-institutional networked systems. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing and maintaining all necessary materials, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies to perform the services. Key personnel qualifications and personnel requirements are also specified.
• The contractor must provide a separate contract for each of the three categories: Offender Communication System, Offender Financial Services, and AI-Powered Text Messaging Application.
• The contractor must have a minimum of two years of experience with the company and must have implemented at least one multi-institutional networked system.
• The contractor must provide a Project Manager certified by a recognized project management organization and must have a minimum of two years of experience managing large-scale communication projects.
• The contractor must provide an Account Manager with a minimum of two years of experience with the company.
• The contractor must provide a Technical Lead with two years of experience with the company and must be a subject matter expert in the field of service.
