Description
This solicitation seeks proposals to provide fuel delivery and related services for Sourcewell’s participating entities across a broad geographic area. Vendors must submit a comprehensive proposal detailing capabilities for transporting, storing, and dispensing various fuel types, as well as any ancillary services such as tank cleaning, emergency delivery, and compliance reporting. The contract will be used by numerous public agencies (state, local, tribal, educational, and nonprofit) and may involve multiple delivery points and fuel specifications.
• Scope includes delivery of gasoline, diesel, propane, and specialized fuels (e.g., biodiesel, jet fuel).
• Service obligations may cover regular scheduled deliveries, on‑call emergency response, and fuel quality testing.
• Vendors must register on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal to obtain the full RFP, submit the proposal by the September 17 deadline, and comply with any applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
