Description
The California Department of Education is soliciting bids to provide monitoring, maintenance, and repair services for the burglar alarm, temperature alarm, and security gate system, as well as maintenance and repair services for the security cameras at the Sacramento Distribution Center. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and will have two one-year options to renew. The bidder must possess a current and valid C28 – Lock and Security Equipment Contractor’s License and a valid Alarm Company Operator license.
• The bidder must provide monitoring and maintenance services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
• The bidder must provide repair services as needed for the security cameras.
• The bidder must have a current and valid C28 – Lock and Security Equipment Contractor’s License and a valid Alarm Company Operator license.
• The bidder must have experience in providing similar services.
• The bidder must have a good reputation and be financially stable.
