6540--Sources Sought Notice | Optical Coherence Tomography System w/ Table

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources that can provide an Optical Coherence Tomography System with a table, including training and installation, for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The system should include various components such as Eye Tracking OCT System, Ultra-Widefield Angiography Lens, OCT Angiography, and GMPE Software. The contractor will be required to supply, train, and install the system without interruption and deliver it before or in August 2026. • The system must meet the salient characteristics mentioned in the Statement of Work (SOW). • The contractor must provide capabilities regarding the SOW and information about "brand name items". • The items must be domestic end products (manufactured in the United States) as stated in FAR 52.225-1 Buy American—SUPPLIES. • The contractor must demonstrate that they can provide the supplies/services that fulfill the required specifications.
