Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide 4000 White Booklet Style Envelopes with specific printing and construction requirements. The envelopes must be printed with 8 lines of type and 1 horizontal rule on the side opposite seams with head towards top fold/flap in Black ink only. The construction of the envelopes must have a Peal and Seal, and the product must meet Quality Level III standards. The contractor must deliver the complete products by 02/27/2026.
Some key requirements include:
• Digital printing is acceptable, and the product may be produced via conventional offset or digital printing.
• The final output must be a minimum of 150-line screen and at a minimum resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi x 1 bit or 600 x 600 dpi x 4-bit depth technology.
• The contractor must provide a W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
