Description
The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide trailers on an as-needed basis for various state agencies. The contract will be for a period of approximately 14 months, from the date of award through January 26, 2027. Vendors must have at least 5 years of experience providing trailers and must be registered with the Missouri Secretary of State. The contract will be a preferred use contract, and the state agency will not guarantee any usage of the contract.
• The contractor must provide trailers based on the award that has been approved by the Division of Purchasing.
• The contractor shall act as a single point of contact for the state agency regarding all contract use issues.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of one customer service representative assigned to the State of Missouri contract.
• The contractor shall provide a warranty on all parts and equipment provided.
• The contractor shall provide pricing for the specific trailer based on the requested quantity and specifications.
• The state agency may request additional options or features to be added to the trailer.
• The contractor shall price the trailer as one total dollar amount for the trailer that includes the already installed options and features.
• The contractor may respond to the price quote form with multiple responses if capable of meeting the requirements with different trailers or a combination of trailers.
