Description
California Fire’s Training Center in Riverside is seeking a California‑certified small business to provide weekly rental, decontamination, and inventory management of fire‑resistant uniforms, shop jackets, wiping cloths, towels and floor mats for up to five personnel. The contractor must deliver clean items, collect used ones, handle laundering and decontamination, affix CAL FIRE branding, maintain detailed inventories, and supply necessary lockers, bags and accessories. No subcontracting is allowed, and all costs—including insurance, taxes and transportation—must be embedded in the unit rates submitted on the rate sheet. The three‑year contract (May 2026‑May 2029) will be paid monthly/quarterly in arrears, with strict insurance and certification requirements.
• Weekly delivery, pickup, cleaning, and replacement of coveralls, jackets, rags, towels, and mats.
• Full inventory tracking, quarterly reporting, and on‑site signatures for each transaction.
